They are perfect for running and make you feel like you are running on air because of the support and the way the shoe is made. They are easy to slip on even if you have your own insoles which I do. The laces stay tied during your run or workout, never coming untied. The shoes are easy to clean and easy to store in your gym bag. I do get small rocks stuck in the bottoms sometimes but that's not a big deal and just pop them out. They are springy when running and very comfortable for all-day walking. They are also good supports for your back and can help eliminate back pain due to foot discomfort.

These shoes are great. Super comfortable. Will buy another pair after these for sure.

Really nice! I am use to getting shin splints during my high intensity workouts but these help me through it! Highly recommend!

I had been looking for this brand of shoe for a while now. Because of the price I hadn't bought them but decided to go ahead and get them. I wore them for the first time to an exercise class. I wore them with footies but the shoe rubbed a blister on the left foot just below the ankle. Sorry, I bought them.

These shoes are very lightweight and fit well, however I personally would not use them for running. I am training for a half marathon and found these to not give the support/cushion I needed through longer runs. These shoes are a fantastic cross training shoe, but if you are looking for training anything over two miles, go with Mizuno’s, Brooks, or Hoka’s. Those are very comparable in price with better support. Having said all of that, I do love these shoes, and would buy again, just not for running.
