Very fast shipping. Nice quality, pretty font and shiny finish to protect the face. I love personalized products for holidays, birthdays etc and this fit the bill. Only one hole on the back to hang it but it’s positioned well to not sit crooked on the wall. We had a total of 4 names (26 letters). Not sure if they reduce the font size or what to fit more letters, but mine specifically is still legible from a good distance. Good buy!

Received our order yesterday and noticed that there was a mistake, which was our fault. The product was beautiful but we totally forgot a name to put on it. This company was more than willing to help us fix our mistake. Great customer service and a great product. Thank you!

I bought this to go on my ‘grandkids wall”. If you only have two or three grandkids…..no worries! I just made the template with their first and middle names with plenty of extra space in between each child. It looks great!! There was a mistake made by the seller and I contacted them the evening that I received it. They acknowledged my complaint and placed the corrected replacement in the mail the very next day. Mistakes can occasionally happen. What really mattered to me was the prompt attention to get it right!

Honestly I'm pretty weary of ordering online you just dont know if it's going to be just right especially when it comes to custom work but they hit it on the nail everything from the names and finishing touch to even the speed of customer service and keeping us in touch throughout the whole process.Overall thank you for presenting a top product from the Vargas fam!
