Easy to learn to use, great quality, buy when it’s on sale
I absolutely love this machine. It works beautifully, and once you get the hang of it, it’s a breeze to use. I waited until it was on sale during Black Friday to make a little bit more affordable. I’ve made over a hundred pins and it still looks and act like it’s brand new.

Would recommend
Works really well, instructions are easy to follow. I was worried reading other reviews about not pressing hard enough down on the lever but I’m afraid I’m going to press too hard down and break it on accident. Not really though it’s made of metal coated in a rubbery plastic thing. Definitely would choose this over an all plastic minimum metal button press. I am a little bummed it didn’t come with a full 5 sets for buttons like it says on the package but it’s only missing one top shell but I have 4 full buttons to work with before I buy more thumbs up 👍

Yes buy this button maker out of all the button makers on amazon!
We've tried a different button maker that was difficult to use and had many moving parts. This one is easy to use! You do have to buy additional materials but it was well worth it. These reviews have been hit or miss, but for us it was a success. But sure to follow a step by step video when you first use it to make sure you're doing it right but after that it is easy peasy and fun!

BUTTONS! BUTTONS! BUTTONS!
The device is easy to use! I recommend you watch a YouTube video of someone creating a button with it as the instructions they provide are more confusing than just watching someone create. It will also help give you more ideas on how to use the buttons.I used a bunch of scrap paper that would've gone to waste but now they have a second life! I'm even experimenting with other materials. I highly recommend using the included die cutter to cut the circles. The cutter allows you to center your design and see how the button will look before you create. I was originally going to use my Cricut to precut the circles and save time but I will save that for paper that has a repeating pattern.I wish the machine came with more button blanks (only 5) because I was hooked the moment I created the first one. I recommend buying more buttons in bulk when you purchase the machine.

It’s alright.
This review is lengthy, but I think it gives an insight on my perspective of this product. I have a few issues with this product and seller, but it’s okay of a product. Allow me to explain. The button press was bought new. The top of the box had brown stuff that looked similar to a 💩 smear. After opening the box, I pulled the items out and realized several pieces were dirty. Almost as if these were used prior or something. Photo for reference.I was given 5 pin accessories but only 3 mylar pieces to make these pins completely sealed. I was not expecting only 3 when it seemed to advertise for 5 complete pin accessories. If this item only comes with 3, that should be advertised somewhere on packaging. I don’t know who would want a matte button that can be at risk of damage. I contacted the seller and I’ll update this review as soon as they respond. The button press was easy to assemble HOWEVER when using the piece that you put on top of your paper/material (I used regular printer paper) to press it into the correct size for your button, it didn’t puncture all the way through like it should. I did it three times on the same image and I pressed hard on this. I ended up using scissors to get an approximate size. Now, when using the press for its intended purpose it works great. Sadly I was wanting to make these into magnets for my small business. This is advertised to the option of making magnets also. I took the pin off the back casing and inserted it where it said to align on the lines. It didn’t catch and I ended up wasting 2 of the 3 mylar pieces. 🥲 I ended up having to leave the pin on it and I used wire cutters to cut the pin piece to pull out to adhere a strong magnet to the back. All in all it has potential but it was upsetting while I used it. I do think this works great for its intended purpose so I would recommend. The price is great for this product too and I chose this specific product because they are the only ones selling the square accessory at an affordable cost. Just be weary I guess.

Poor Quality and Easily Jammed
Had to press down multiple times to cut the paper into a circle.Once it was cut out, I tried to make a button. I followed the directions and aligned the top and bottom pieces, but my paper circle and the plastic sheet that came with the presser did not wrap around the pin (which also came with with the kit). The bottom piece is also now jammed and can't be removed. I'm very sad and disappointed.. I really wanted to make some buttons for my friends and I..

Amazing customer service!
This was a Christmas gift for my daughter nearly 2 years ago. Each time we got it out, we failed at getting a proper button made, got frustrated, didn't have time to problem solve, and put it away. I finally had the time to call customer service after hours. I got a prompt call the next morning. Long story short, there was a defect and she quickly offered an entirely new set that is being mailed out. She was so kind and friendly, and showed great care in making sure we got an operable product. I would definitely buy their products again.

Inconsistent
I have been wanting a button maker for a long time. But I have been semi disappointed in this one. You can align two buttons exactly the same way, and yet one will be perfect and the other has been wildly messed up. After reading the reviews on here, I press quite hard to get a firm seal, which is correct. I have no idea what could have caused the misalignment in my fifth photo, because everything else was aligned perfectly.Only items printed on standard printer paper can be used at all. Even thin magazine paper tends to crease around the edges and create weird corners. So far 4 out of 9 buttons have been completely correct.
