Love this nettle!!! My only gripe is that I wish it was a bit cheaper, but it's a great product. It's still a great value compared to other companies for the amount you get, so maybe it's my own personal annoyance that products that promote good health always seem to be set at a premium price 😢.Anywho....it has a dark, rich color when infused so it's packed with nutrients. I like to do overnight cold infusions with 2tbsp of nettle, sometimes I add ginger and oregano but nit always. After about 3-5 days of drinking nettle consistently my sinuses are always clear as a whistle 😂😂!!! My nose is never stuffy, but there's always slight inflammation or a drag when I take a deep breath through my nose & a little wind resistance. But when I drink nettle, it's like my nostrils are wide open sucking up all the air 😂!! I thought it might be mucus but nothing ever drains so I guess it's inflamed membranes maybe? So it really seems to help with inflammation. I am dealing with endometreosis too and...*****WARNING GRAPHIC TMI incoming!! KEEP SCROLLING if sensitive****** but sometimes it helps me pass a lot of menstrual tissue much easier that time of the month too. I have bad menstrual clots that take HOURS to pass and feel like labor pains until the tissue drops out, but if I drink this consistently, they pass through in about an hour or 2. Quickest ever was 30 minutes. So I assume it helps my cervix relax or be less inflamed so the tissue can pass. But I always have to drink it at least a 5days to a week before my cycle starts.*****END WARNING******It also helps my skin. When I drink it consistently it's almost like I have a glow and my skin is brighter. I also have a smoother complexion and less textured skin and virtually no breakouts. I notice my hair grows more too. I sometimes use it and spray it on my scalp because it is a DHT blocker. Great product overall 👍🏽. No complaints other than I wish it was a tad cheaper or could buy a bigger bulk. I cant really use it everyday like I want and constantly have a back up bag on hand when I run out. So I have to use it kind of sparingly, which I feel like defeats the purpose. But when I get my funds right, I'm going to keep it on hand and use daily because it's great if you do!

I love this stuff, I don't have to drink it very often in order for it to work, I've not been able to breathe through my nose so well since I can remember. I look forward to trying it during the allergy season as well. <3
