I agree mate they are crappie don't have any more to do with this company get your money back first.
This product is crappie missing pieces and a bad service still waiting after 6 weeks for my refund.

Don't even think of buying this crane.
James 9/4/24.l purchased this crane in January.When it arrived and opened the box.l looked for the instruction manual,which was supposed to be supplied. There was none in the box,so how can you even think about putting 7000 pieces together without the manual.l sent it back with problems in china with the shipping.After alot of messing about with emails etc.l got a full refund.So don't even think about buying it.
