Lovely sound, and in tune
Lovely sounding flute and all notes are in tune with my electronic keyboard - excellent item and value for money.

Small whistles .
These have been on sale forever and I got exactly what I expected . as usual accurately tuned and play sweetly . as for the sizes , that's the size for the key needed . Fat fingers ? Tough luck with the high 'G , Get a low whistle ;-)

Not easy for beginners
Having played the recorder for many years, I decided to make the transition to a tin whistle. After reading the other reviews I bought this one. On arrival it was very sharp and I could not get any of the top notes. The mouthpiece was so tightly fitted to the shaft that I could not move it to try and tune the whistle. After enlisting a strong man and a piece of non slip grip mat I managed to get the whistle nearer to being in tune and it was possible, but not easy, to get the top notes. If you are a beginner I recommend a Clarke Sweetone. My Sweetone is much easier to play, arrived pretty much in tune, and has a lovely sound.

Mouthpiece takes a while to get the hang of but it's just a standard whistle. Good quality. Sticker began to fade/scrape after a few months but item carries a tone well if you have big lungs.

Excellent
I bought a D generation tin whistle and it arrived promptly and in great order. The generation whistles are the best type of whistle. By adjusting the mouthpiece, you can tune the whistle. This is important because often tin whistles play a bit sharp, especially on slow airs. So, it is very useful to be able to tune whistles amd the generation whistles can be adjusted.Billy Finn
