Great looking recipes
Wow a lot of recipes, many are very authentic. Excited to try them. Also love the cause, wonderful collaboration.Wouldn’t say the photos are “gorgeous” I was expecting full page professional high quality photos of the scenery, buildings and culture. These pics, not so much.

Cooking Ambergris Caye (Belize) Caribbean style
Do you really enjoy Luscious Caribbean Cooking.. in particular recipes from Belize and her Islands ?I do, since serving on Ambergris Caye (San Pedro Town as a British Military Adviser).. and finally available- the cookbook to bring back fond memories of fine and healthy Cuisine.I’m starting right away with the Conch fritters, my favouriteAnother nice note is that all profits from this brand new publication go to Folks suffering under our current COVID-19 Pandemic.Thank you so very much Kimberly :)ps: I would be amiss if I did not add the online (PDF) version (which I also purchased) is available whilst awaiting your printed version. Five stars ✅

Great cookbook with a wonderful purpose!
Fantastic easy to follow recipes! We were in San Pedro in March just as the pandemic started, we left the day they closed the airport. We were able to work with Hope Haven which was truely a blessing. I have ordered 3 more of these for ladies at church that have been to Belize. The fry jack recipe is a favorite at my house! Can't wait to go back in November if things are open. We will continue to pray for Ambergris Caye and the people who are blessed by your actions!

Fantastic collection of recipes!
I've already bookmarked several recipes I plan to try out. I love the little introductions giving readers a glimpse of the area and culture. It's a great way to introduce an area that so heavily relies on tourism. It makes me want to add this to my bucket list of vacation destinations just to see if I did any justice to the wonderful recipes offered by the local people.

Must Buy!
Good Belizean cookbooks are hard to find! This one is a keeper! All of your favorite recipes from your visit and more. I can't wait to host a Belize party in the states for our group that attended our Belize wedding - I'll be making these recipes. The ticket to avoiding the "Belize Blues" in between trips!

Great recipes in support of a great cause
We can't wait to try some of these delicious dishes! Thanks to all who helped put this together. Highly recommended if you've ever been or thought of going to Belize. Also, we love that the sale of this book is going to help the local community. Bought the hardcover edition. Awesome!

I actually had an 'oh yeah' moment when I read the method for coconut rice!
What a lovely idea, a cookbook put together entirely for the benefit of others. The Belizean island of Ambergris Caye is described in the foreword by Kimberly Wylie as 'an island where strangers quickly become friends.' the words written in these few pages are heartwarming and will restore your faith in human nature.England has just entered lockdown for the second time this year, let's do some cooking instead of all of those takeaways! My eyes were immediately drawn to the 'Panty Ripper (AKA Pantiripa)' and 'Grandma Dorothy's Caramel Rolls'. But there are plenty of healthy options too, fish, chicken and beans. Wonderful, and made me smile.I actually had an 'oh yeah' moment when I read the method for coconut rice!
