Extremely toxic! Avoid at all costs!!!
This product is extremely toxic and is in very obvious violation of the safety certifications it has received. It constantly emits a burnt rubber smell and the odor builds up wherever the product is located. I had a piece of this insulation installed for about 36 hours in a room and had to remove it because even airing out the room wasn't stopping the odor from building up. The room was aired out again for about 12 straight hours after the insulation was removed, and minutes after I stopped airing the room out the odor filled the air again. I have no idea how I'm going to get rid of this smell. This is an absolutely horrible product, and the fact that it's rated as safe for indoor use including schools is absolutely criminal. Whatever you do, NEVER buy anything from K-Flex unless you're trying to poison yourself.
