These are wonderful beans. I have enjoyed them in Paris for years but never see them in US stores. The Amazon ones are excellent quality.

These creamy beans make wonderful soups and sides. No need to soak.

I love these beans. I put them in soups and chili. I limit the amount per serving due to beans having high carbs. I eat no more than 15 carbs per 6 hour period and no more than 45 per day. These are my favorite white bean. They're an excellent pre biotic.
