I live in New England, over half year Iwas wear the long sleeves. I used to take 1000 iu- 2000 iu, but I have to swallow 2 cap. Each time. So I decide to take 5000 IU.It help! I don’t feel fatigue easily anymore.Of course, consult your Dr. before you take it.

Good quality vitamin. I have to take 5 a day and they are easy to swallow.

I am somewhat disappointed that the bottle says Vitamin D in big letters but on the back in small letters is where you find it is actually Vitamin D3. Very miss leading.
