Great product
I was totally amazed that this red cocoa powder didn't bake up as red. Really great taste and great quality - this was a recommendation from Bon Appetit and I have found their recommendations to be worth following.

Disappointed.
My one star is based on the packaging for the actual item. The cap was about to pop off because the sticker enclosing the cap was broken off. Makes me question whether the product was tampered with. Disappointed.
