Milight Miboxer 5in1 WiFi LED strip controller, Amazon Alexa and Google home voice control remote and APP control, no WiFi-box needed Compatible with 5 different output mode, DC12-24V, WL5

The MiBoxer WL-5 is a compact and efficient LED strip driver for RGB-CCT LED strips.I have paired it with the snazzy MiBoxer B4 remote wall controller and I also make use of the free MiBoxer app on my iPhone and iPad. I could not find any information about linking to my home automation server over WiFi, which is a shame.I am driving two 3.2 metre LTRGBW Double Row 5050 RGB-CCT Tunable White Color 600 LEDs 24V 5-colour LED strips which take a combined current of up to 4.8A. The WL-5 seems perfectly happy and is barely warm at this level of load.Everything works very well. Hue, Saturation and Brightness all control smoothly. The wider colour gamut resulting from the use of five LED colours makes for much more pleasant and restful colours. There are eight preset "moods", such as "reading", "dining", "disco". It would have been nice if these were user adjustable. You can select multiple switch-on and switch-off events for different days of the week using the iPhone app, but they all have to use whatever is the current colour. Again, user adjustable colour for each timer switcvh-on would have been nice.I only have Apple gizmos, but there is no Apple Home or Siri interface. I have not tried Alexa or Google Home.Considering the reasonable price and excellent performance, I am one very happy customer.

I purchased the LIGHTEU®, Mi-Light 5 in 1 WiFi LED Strip Controller to replace an old controller which only operated by remote. I wanted a new controller to work with Alexa and my mobile.I linked the controller to my 12 DC output transformer and pressed the setup button. Loaded the app on my iPhone which picked up the controller straight away. The app then prompt for connection details to link the controller to my WIFI. That was it, once connected i could then use the app on my phone to turn on/off change colours etc.I then added the controller device to my alexa account which was very easy, i can now turn on / off change colour of my led lights all via voice control through Alexa. Either via my echo app on the phone or via Alex built into my lounge soundbar.Not sure why there are so many negative reviews, perhaps people bought the wrong product for what they wanted to achieve? I have no issues and for £20 its a great upgrade to my conservatory lighting.

Maybe is Alexa skills problem. No worth 25 quit for something what no working.

I bought this with a FUT092 remote. It took me a while to figure out how to pair the remote. I thought I needed to turn the lights off from the app but I had to power it off from the power source.

One of my worst buys on Amazon. This product is not fit for purpose at all. Technically it works but the cloud service that needs to run behind it to support its smart features are an absolute shambles. No stability, no reliability. The Alexa skill is broken half the time meaning ever now and again Alexa will just report that the device is not responding. The mobile app simply won't login to be able to switch the device on or off leaving no choice but then to manually cut power to the device.Don't waste your money on this brand.

Great product, replaced by existing controllers with these Alexa compatible.They work fine with Alexa and also with my existing remote control. The instructions could be a bit more detailed, but works fine without any issues.

Works well on Alexa.

The wifi 5 in 1 led strip controller once installed worked perfectly to control the strip lighting in the kitchen via voice command to alexa.
