Dog Grooming Restraint Loop with Snap, 21” Tether

I’m a groomer and a groomer recommend these to me. I have gone through MANY and found these great. None of the dogs that chew have been able to destroy them. They can get wet and work great still. Some of the reviews say they don’t move well and they’re stiff. I did not have this issue. I’d expect them to be somewhat stiff and such at first, being new, but they break in fast. I added A picture of my little yorkie who is 4 lbs after bath and a 4 month old OES to show you that my size (22”) works for all sizes. Ordering more!!!

With the ORGPET Pet Bathing Grooming Suction Cup, the Pro Guard Dog Grooming Restraint Loop with Snap, and a Lick Lick pad I was able to give my larger dog (65 pounds) a bath at home for the first time (he was full sized when we adopted him, and until now I couldn't keep him in the tub, so, we had to go to self service dog wash locations). While he jumped out when the water first hit him (the restraint loop was long enough that he could get his body just outside of the tub with his head in--in hindsight perhaps I should have gotten the 18" version, rather than 22") the suction cup held firm, he was kept right next to the tub, and with more peanut butter and coaxing, he got back in and stayed in for the entire "rinse, lather, rinse, dry".The restraint loop is adjustable, which makes it easy to get it on his head when it has a giant radius and then shrink it down so that it stays on. It is good that it doesn't stretch and is water resistant.My spouse purchased the Lick Lick pad, so, I'm not sure how much that cost (but see it listed at $10 on amazon), so, for a total one time cost of $30 (suction cup was $8 and the restraint loop was $12) I can now clean my dog for only the cost of peanut butter and dog shampoo--I'm quite pleased.

I'm a sole-proprietor mobile groomer. Not easily impressed and seldom a repeat purchaser, BUT if you're looking for something that can handle a wet environment for the long haul, this is your loop! Sturdy. Easy to adjust and release slide. Fits big and small necks comfortably. Waterproof but flexible. Getting more right now!

Unfortunately, I went by the pictures and reviews only when deciding to purchase this grooming leash. The product that I received isn't what is pictured and possibly not what was reviewed. The picture looks like a flexible rope with a silver snap hook. The one I opened is a very stiff cable with a brass snap hook. It's not flexible at all and the hard plastic piece that you use to tighten the noose is very difficult to slide up and down, it takes two hands to get it to move. Not practical when trying to get it around your dogs neck. Very disappointed.

I love this grooming loop. It's nice and long and wire! No way anyone is biting through this. It wont rust either, which is nice. The rubber on the neck loop is nice as well. I use it both for bathing and just grooming.

Seems deceptive when all images are of 5 nooses of varying sizes and only is sent.It would be nice to be able to select the prefered size if anything.

I have a 90lb dog, who doesn't really pull, but doesn't enjoy showers, so I purchased this along with a great suction for the shower and was absolutely amazed that this tiny little rope held up. For a 5-10 min doggy bath, this is incredible. I sized a little down just based on the size of my shower and I'm glad i did

Why i did not get this 10 years ago, i have two English setters, they hate baths, i bought one of those handles that will suction cup on and can withstand 320 lbs, it holds to the back of the bath and i do not have to fight them to stay in the tub.
