Works great, perfect size for my kitchen, space, and definitely nosy dog proof! Although I had to purchase a separate power supply (because it did not come with one) I have not used it yet because the four D batteries I put in it are still working even after 10 months.4 Stars/A+

I will say this was a great solution to my puppy staying out of the trash, and it locks so she can’t get into it. It’s more compact than trash cans i’ve had in the past, looks sleek, and is made of quality materials.

I loved the idea of a touchless garbage can. I had seen it work for my son. I looked for the best brand and finally settled on this brand. When it came, I was thrilled. It worked so great. However, shortly after Christmas, it stopped working. As I had people in the house for Christmas celebrations, it stopped opening without being touched. I checked it over, and found that it was over filled. After emptying, it started to work normally. But again, it stopped working. I checked and it was NOT overfilled. It has, since early January, been inconsistent. Then about 4 days ago, it stopped working. No matter what I try, it will only open by lifting manually. I am very displeased. As far as odor, appearance, and sturdiness, the can works great. I do however, think that $80+ is far too much for a failed product.

I bought this as a solution to my large dogs getting into the trash. It works great, but make sure you lock it, as my dogs figured out the motion sensor the first day! The trash bag installation is a little awkward, but other than that it's a great item! I love how I can open it when my hands are full with just a wave of my hand.

Love the size, look and the No hand auto opening/closing. I wish when you locked it the can wouldn’t try to open because you can still hear it try to open/close can’t be good on the motor. But dog cannot open when locked so does the job!!

The product works fine. The problem is that the pivot point for the electric motor to lift the lid for the auto lifting feature is attached by a tiny little pin and less than 4mm of plastic. There is virtually no chance for this feature to last very long on the product. Will not buy again.

I am happy with my purchase, but with that being said, I wished that it came with the power cord.

My dog, while a very dear and great friend, is kind of a terrible housemate. I have been through many iterations of baby/toddler locks to keep him out of the garbage and they work for a while but eventually from cleaning the outside if the trash can the adhesive holding them in place breaks down and they fall off. Not to mention the are not always easy to operate with your hands full. This simple integrated lock makes all the difference in the world. Love this trash can.

The Christmas party destroyed the gears in the lid of our 8 year old iTouchless.An adult must have forced the lid, gears were stripped and broken.Thankfully this deal came up on Amazon.We are very limited in supply here in Canada and after 20 years of using similar products, this has proven to handle family life the best.Shipping was extremely quick, great way to start 2024.
