TYG7033 LA's Totally Awesome Laundry Detergent, Blue

I can not use this detergent because of the smell.

I pick this product up Dollar Tree where you can get a 64 ounce or 32 ounce bottle for $1.25 (don't know what's up with the size difference. This a quite sudsy detergent and you have to be careful of "over-dosing". I have a portable waster that does small loads and one capful is quite enough of this version on LA Awesome Detergent. This has an oxygen bleach and optical brighteners in it and is made in the USA. I fairly "Earth Conscious" I thrift store shop for most of my clothes (not undies and socks), so why should I have more for one bottle of detergent than I would for several outfits. While this does advertise as exactly earth-friendly, its made in the USA and goes a long way so I would think it leaves a smaller carbon foot print than detergents made in China, India, Turkey etc. I do like the orange and red bottles of LA Awesome when I have to use Chlorine bleach on whites (you can't use the blue oxygen bleach kind then). My least favorite are the lavender bottle, green bottle and yellow bottle they do seem weak and ineffective. If you are looking for heavy scent you will need scent beads and fabric softner as LA Awesome detergents do leave a fragrance behind,.
