Very mild flavor which I prefer. I have lost 37 lbs in a little over 2 months. I religiously drink the skinny tea. Don’t know if it’s working or not or if my drastically changed diet has something to do with it. Not taking the chance and will continue drinking skinny tea.

Expensive tea. Tried it out for a month. Not worth it. Taste is fine. All of the tea bags were just loose in the packaging. Nothing noting the different color types. A lot of guessing involved. It's just like, here is some tea bags, super cheaply made, good luck. Nope.

The fact that its not individually bagged and you have to measure out the tea and use a tea ball. Its a little annoying.

I have tried this product for a few months and can see where I have lost inches. The flavor is pretty good.

This combination is perfect to help kickstart a healthy regimen. The taste has much to be desired.

I am planning to update this review after 28 days of use, but here are my thoughts after drinking the tea following the instructions for a few days.Taste.Both “Boost” and “Cleanse” taste like the real (unsweetened) teas that are served at spas after a treatment.Weight Loss.I haven't used the tea for 28 days, so after a few days, it would be too early to say if they help with weight loss.Assist in Boosting Metabolism.It’s hard to tell if the metabolism boosting claim is true, and I can't think of any way to prove this effect. However, drinking "Boost Morning Tea", I feel warmed up and energetic. I thought it was maybe just because of my high expectations and excitement, but I feel that way consistently every time I have the morning tea. I don't feel that way when I have other regular black or green teas.Reduced Bloating.I do feel that Skinny Tea helps to reduce bloating. I will see how I feel through my (wife’s) PMS term where I often suffer from bloating.Detox & Cleanse.While my bowel movements seem to have increased for the first few days, I also happened to have food poisoning from a meal after that. Will have to update this review later.Other EffectsI started sleeping better after having this tea, though I avoid drinking the tea all at once, right before going to bed, as I had to go to bathroom during the night when I drank it right before bed on the first night of use.Product improvement suggestions.1. The tea bag labels are orange and purple but don’t say which is Boost, and which is Cleanse. Please label the tea bags!2. The bags that hold teas directly are resealable, but are flimsy and can easily tear or it can accidentally stick to a paper and lose the capability to reseal. I wish the tea bags were zippered instead.3. Price. Largest complaint is the price. Skinny Tea is way more expensive than tea bags of famous British brand teas, at $49.00 per 28-day package.

I wouldn’t call these detox or weight loss teas at all but they do have some herbs which are good for you. Both the “boost” and “cleanse” teas taste really good, I didn’t need any kind of sweetener with it at all. The nice thing about these tea bags is that you can use them 2-3 times, some may not recommend that but I’ve done this plenty of times and the tea is still flavorful. Almost $50 for a bag of tea is incredibly expensive and overpriced, there is nothing special about this tea that warrants this cost. You can buy these herbs and make your own tea for a fraction of the price. The only thing making you “lose” weight with this tea is the Senna at night, it’s a laxative. The weight you’re losing is mostly due to pooping first thing in the morning but not after having some serious gas or cramping all night long. Be careful with using these teas long term, laxatives should not be used regularly.The herbs included are known for decreasing bloat and making you feel better overall so its not all bad. Please double check to make sure you aren't allergic to any of the included herbs too. While I enjoyed the flavor of the teas and did see decrease in bloating during my period, I don’t feel the cost of this “detox” tea is worth it.
