This order is the 6th time I have gotten these jars of pulverized garlic. Ideal for making garlic bread. Good strong, but not too, too strong, taste. Incredibly well packaged. Bottle itself is inside many layers of tiny bubble wrap and then inserted into a box and then packaged up some more. Have not had any of the shipments leak or the bottle break. At this point every so often Alexa just asks me if I want to order another bottle and I generally just reply 'yes' and I'm set with an ongoing supply of garlic. And no garlicky scented fingers from crushing my own.

This is the perfect product for recipes that call for ginger and you prefer to have it smooth rather than minced. Ginger is just a little bit spicey, so this is too as it should be. The label even tells you how much paste equals approximately 3 inches of ginger root. Highly recommend. Delicious with my canned cabbage and roasted pieces of chicken. Cleared my sinuses too! lol

This garlic paste is yummy. I used it to make the injection marinade for the Thanksgiving turkey. It was garlicky and delicious.

For the money, the bottle seemed a bit small, but other sellers are even more expensive! The vacuum-packed lid was tough to open because of the smooth edges. I finally used a hack--put a rubber band on the edge, hen twist. That worked!Flavor is good, and using a garlic/ginger mix is very convenient.

I love garlic and ginger . Together an absolute for me . I take a tablespoon daily for immune health . Great in all cooking . Excellent packaging by seller . Highly recommend.

Good to have on hand!

The citric acid is very strong in this. I thought it would be very hot and spicy but it’s mostly tangy and sweet not a good option if you are looking to add heat in your dishes.

Really big jar. Unless you cook every day with it it will be out of date. Taste is very good

I forgot I had it, will be using it soon, I like everything that is in it so I'm sure it will be good
