The absolute best dressings for wounds. So easy for my grandma to use!

I think I’ve repurchased this multiple times already. Since this product comes in various sizes, I chose this one because it suited my needs, so of course, the size is just right. The reason I keep coming back to this product is that, after trying other options, I found this one to be much more affordable. That makes it easier to replace frequently for hygiene purposes without feeling burdened.Also, compared to other products in a similar price range, this one has better adhesion and seems to have more cushioning. However, I don’t think it makes sense to compare it with brands that cost two to three times more.

Not sticky pad to pull at a wound

I purchased these because I had 5 weeks of drainage from a boil. My skin around the boil had broken down due to the drug store bandages I had been using. But these Conkote bandages absorbed without leaking and the silicone bandage was soft and secure on the skin. I never had itching or burning as I did from other bandages. Conkote never leaked due to the thickness of the sponge. I highly recommend these bandages for wounds with long time drainage or sensitive skin.

I’m a paraplegic, so I’ve used different bandages for different issues. Thus far, these have been the best at a reasonable price. I have a lot of hair and they’ve successfully stayed for the period of time I needed it to.They work for different types of wounds especially pressure sores (have used for stages 1-4 ulcers). I use different dressings (Silver or Dakins solution) as recommended by the doctor and then put this over it. The foam helps relieves some pressure and the tape stays in place. You can even use just as a cover like a bandaid as well.

Practically a resident at the local Wound Center, I am constantly on the look out for Bandaging products that won't irritate or tear the skin on my legs. These foam and silicone pads are the "bomb" - and far better than anything Wound Care has hooked me up with. The foam padding not only does an excellent job of protecting your wound, but helps retain your medication's moisture. Of even greater import, however, is the bandage's silicone border, which somehow manages to securely bond the bandage to your skin in such a manner that it sticks when needed, yet easily disengages from the skin when appropriate - without any hurtful pulling. A great product that admittedly not everyone needs - but for those with thin skin, it's a wonderful comfort.
