I purchased beautiful leather dining room chairs last year, and I'm not sure if they are defective or overly sensitive, but they started peeling and City Furniture claims that it's not covered under the warranty. I'm debating between replacing them with leather or cloth chairs, but until I do, I bought these covers to hide the peeling. Choosing a color was a little difficult because the chairs are espresso but the brown covers were so very obviously brown. Since the rest of the furniture is black or so espresso it looks black, I chose black. When they arrived in a bubble mailer, I got nervous, and when I saw how wrinkled they were, I got even more nervous. However, once my husband slid them on, they didn't have any wrinkles at all! I am so happy with them! My husband says that they were surprisingly easy to put on and that he definitely expected it to be harder, not to mention he was worried about tearing. They all survived installation and it spruced up the chairs nicely. I would probably put them on whatever new chairs I order anyways!

Unsure of how durable this is because I just started using them 2 weeks ago. However they look great. Gave my chairs a totally new look

This is the first time I write a review RIGHT after opening the package. I love solid simple colors like the black leather look with the cherry wood but after almost 10 years I needed a change. In the past, covers don’t fit well over my thick chairs or the colors have other designs and I have to get white to try and blend the textures designs on them. These are stretch covers and a fun pop of color for the spring/summer. I’d definitely recommend for the thicker chairs. I didn’t see this color in the other sample pictures so I want to share for others who may have reservations like I did. (Love it!) Edit- had a dinner party and my friend called it a “Tiffany blue” made me love it more!

I just got these today. The price was right and the flat color with no pattern or texture was what I wanted to suit my more modern decor. My “bonded leather” (ie fake leather/vinyl) chairs were peeling after 5 years of use (see photo). I tried leather paint without success and reupholstering would have been too much money for six chairs. I love my chairs and aside from the peeling they are in great shape so I didn’t want to have to buy all new chairs either. I really didn’t want to go the slipcover route because I thought they’d be an annoyance, but that seems to be my only other option if I wanted my chairs to look nice again. I was worried about the fit since my chairs have thick back and seat cushioning along with a short back height, but they DO fit even though there’s extra material which I just scrunched down to the bottom of the back (see photo). I don’t care for the look of the little “ears” at the top of the chair back (see photo) but I tucked that in a little bit so it doesn’t show so much (see photo).The main thing I’m worried about is if the part that covers the seat will continually slide off when sitting down. If that happens I may have to sew some straps onto the covers that I can tie around the legs or something...time will tell and I will add an update to this review in a few weeks or so.

The chair covers are very soft, were easy to install, and completely changed the look of my dining room. My chairs are very stained from years of messy children sitting on them, and I had tried cleaning them several times without success. I want to eventually replace them, but cannot afford it right now. These covers were a great way to cover the stains and refresh the look of my dining room. We have been using them for several weeks and they are holding up well. I might purchase another set in a different color to change things up.

These are the best slip covers I have ever bought I am A Big Coca-Cola collector so I needed bright red slip covers for my chairs Amazing they look Amazing Also So easy to install and I just use the little Vac to clean them off I also bought my niece a Christmas Tree pair and I showed my 12 yr old nephew how to install them I did one chair he did three chairs he was so proud to do that for his Mom any questions ask me Awesome service also quick delivery

I purchased these to transform my dining room for a birthday brunch and I must say they did the job. Very good stretch fabric, like spandex chair covers. They did not work on arm chairs, but my side chair look great. I purchased the blue and it is a nice royal blue to me, which is what I wanted. I would buy again in other colors.

These are fantastic. Cant complain. Saved me from buying new chairs! I have old leather chairs that were falling apart with time, and I was able to get these to cover them and they fit perfectly. Looks like a brand new dining table. I had to go back and buy two other colors since I loved them so much so I can switch out. The best part is that they're machine washable. The material is soft too. You wont regret it.. They're stretchy/adjustable so they accommodate really well to the chair.

Wow, these arrived quickly. I ordered last night and they made it here by lunch today.The colour was spot on as advertised. The stretch was amazing, I could see this working with many different chair styles. They seem as if they would be easy to clean, but I have not tried yet.My only reason that I didn’t give them 5 stars was because they are quite thin. The leather chair I am using them on is quite damaged and if it was a little thicker I’m sure it would perform more for what I wanted. Again, be prepared that they are thin, but for the price I paid and what I want them for, they’re a good deal.

They're ok. They're very stretchy, and easy to put on the chairs. They are thin, but I can live with that, for the price. The only thing for me was that I wanted the dark colour shown on the pic. But what I got was a bit lighter. So if you're expecting a maroon looking red like the picture, it's not. Go to google and write burgundy color and the red on that pic, is what you'll get.

I have two leather high-back, bar-height chairs that needed recovering because the leather has split in places. The chairs are still in great shape, so I figured I'd just cover them. These slip covers are great quality, and stretch wonderfully to fit. Of course, you must measure your chairs before ordering, because not all covers will fit all chairs. I am glad I held out for these ones, because not only is the fit perfect, but so is the color. Everything else I looked at was called 'wine' or 'burgundy' but these are a true red, which matches the rest of my décor perfectly. I am extremely pleased with these seat covers.

LOVE the tiffany blue colour! Chair covers were stretchy enough to fit like a tight glove and so far seems to spot clean pretty easy. One cover had a hole in the seam (bummer, but can be fixed) but overall I'm happy with them and the change they brought to my room!

Even though my chairs were within the measurement range (though admittedly just barely), these really didn’t fit. There was a large wadge of excess material between the seat and the back, and while I could tuck it in, every time I sat down, it came untucked. Even if they had fit, I’m not sure I’d have kept them. In the color I bought (a mid grey) they looked a bit cheap (I suspect they might look better in a darker or a lighter color or a pattern). Not a terrible product for the price, but they really didn’t do it for me.
