Jim Henson's The Dark Crystal Creation Myths: The Complete Collection Paperback – November 19, 2019

I love the series, the comic books are beautifully illustrated and really good quality, I absolutely loved the story of how the dark crystal created

Was awesome at filling in some blanks and questions I've had since childhood

An absolute treasure trove of tidbits and info about the land of Thra and it's crazy inhabitants. New and old characters are given more background in this wonderful book that takes place well before the new TV series. I can absolutely recommend this book if you are more interested in events that lead to the cracking of the crystal, the arrival of the skesis and mystics, and massive information and character development for Aughra.

I became a fan of the Dark Crystal series over the last few years, so when I learned that this comic was available I bought it the first chance I got and I'm glad I did. Fans of the series will definitely enjoy the collection.

arrived when expected. in great shape

As a life-long fan of The Dark Crystal, I had to have the graphic novel that outlined the history of Thra, even before the prequel series. It explains Aughra’s motherhood of the planet, how the original, undivided urSkeks arrived, and why the Crystal cracked when the Mystics and Skeksis divided.I don’t typically read graphic novels, but this was the perfect vehicle for this particular story. Thra is such a vivid world and the illustrations totally did it justice. There were a few gaps in the story that I would have liked to know more about, but otherwise, it was a great history of this beautiful, mythical world that Jim Henson created.

I was really excited to get this book! It arrived super fast and the pages look great.I was a little disappointed to see these smudged on the cover. At first I didn't noticed but when seen from a student angle I noticed it. I'm trying not to let it bother me, and can't wait to start reading it.

It's illustrations are great all though the skeksis look a bit off to me. I loves reading this book and I'm gonna get the others as money comes in.
