16A Wireless Remote Control WiFi Switch Module, Alexa WiFi Relay Switch for Household Appliances, Compatible with Amzon Alexa Echo(2, APP Smart Life)

Had a bit of messing with the app but set up straight forward after 1st one (I bought 2 sets)I have them controlling floodlights on phillips hue outdoor pir and fairy lights in garden, set routine to come on at dusk and off at midnight or tell alexa goodnight and turn the garden off. Fitted floodlight on one in my shed so i didnt have to run another cable from house/pir. Great bit of kit especially if the light is hardwired and dosent have a plug! These are small too so easy to hide away.

Had no real problems adding these to the excellent smart life app. Once that was done my Alexa app automatically spotted them and added them to my devices. Obviously this means the voice activation via Alexa works fine. They are a little fiddly to wire as the terminals are very small and strangely the terminal screws are too short. This means if you are using small guage cable (which you probably will be) the screws will not actually tighten down on the cable. Obviously there are solutions, tin the ends of the cable with solder or just use bigger cable etc. A crazy flaw really. On the upside they are small and seem to work nicely once set up.

One DOA - the LED wouldn't light and it could not be set up. The other one installed OK but time will tell how long it lasts. Not worth the hassle of returning the dead one as I had already wired the working one in circuit.

Setup was easy with the app and Wi-Fi however, the terminal screw are too short so unless you have thick cable then you will struggle to get a good fit. Main thing for me though is that they do not provide power usage, for the AMP’s that they are rated at this feature should be a must!

Great for adding remote 'Alexa' control for lighting in shed and onto garden.Simple to use, terminal connections could be more substantial, but straightforward to fit and set up.

I really like this ecosystem. I used to use LightwaveRF and this stuff is so much better.Sorry to be so cheesy....this is the future!

Worked fine, a little tricky to pair but once they where set up no problems.
