Spigot doesn’t fit the water containers that are displayed with it when you purchase. I’m not sure if the seller knows the spigot doesn’t fit. However, based on reviews others have also stated. A real waste!

Didn’t fit our water storage container
Didn’t fit our water storage containers which the same company makes! Not happy bc the idea is to have it easier to empty water from these containers. They did give me a refund no problem but still that doesn’t solve the problem

Does not fit. Ignore Amazon’s suggestion of this being companion product.
Not sure why this suggested as “fits” 2.5 & 5 gallon containers because it does not. Complete waste of money.
