Honestly love this hat. It’s warm, soft and silky. Looks great and a lot more expensive than it actually was!

Good hat but make sure you do not lose the detachable bobble.

Quality seemed fine. I then washed the hat by hand as per the instructions, This resulted in a large hole at the top of the hat. This demonstrates the company's good customer care and the defect may have been a "one off"
