Easy to Install...AFTER you realize the instructors that come with it are not clearly written.
I have two Wayne Dalton Garage Door Openers; both of which operate on the 303 MHz frequency. That frequency makes them unique in today's market. This remote keypad is one of the few that works on that 303 MHz, and was therefore, a good fit for my needs. The remote keypad programs easily -- once you realize the programing instructions that come with it are not clearly written. At least they confused me.The remote keypad is capable of being programmed to operate up to four garage doors or gate openers. I wanted to program two door openers. The instructions require you to assign a number, from 1 to 4, for each door opener or gate you want programed. That step is simple enough. For me, I entered a "2" on the keypad for this step.Later down the list of programming steps, the instructions are written "Enter the # of doors". I once again entered "2" on the keypad. However, what what they really wanted you to enter in this step is the door or gate number you have assigned to the NEXT door or gate opener and NOT the total number you are programming. The instructions for this step would have been clearer, at least to me, had they been written as "Enter the # of the next door you want to program". My suggested wording difference may be subtle, but important given in a programming step prior, it was asking you to enter the total number of doors you intend to program. After I figured out what I needed to enter during the programming steps, the wireless remote keypad was very easy to program and now works fine for my two garage doors.BE AWARE: ALMOST ALL Other brands of garage door openers work on more universal frequencies, and therefore, remote keypads that are generic keypads, that are available for sale all over the internet, including Amazon, at about 25% of the cost of this unique Wayne Dalton brand, won't work on older Wayne Dalton models. Unfortunately for buyers, because it is unique to that 303 MHz, the generic. brand of remote openers don’t operate on that same 303 MHz frequency as Wayne Dalton brand openers, and that makes this remote door keypad relatively pricey.I surfed the web for a couple weeks and I couldn't find a generic brand keypad that operated on 303 MHz, and was therefore forced to purchase a Wayne Dalton brand. Add to the rarity of operating frequency the unfortunate fact that Wayne Dalton no longer makes or sells garage door openers. (For the past 20 years, the company has just focused on manufacturing garage doors...no openers). Therefore, there is no longer anyone at the Wayne Dalton customer service section that can provide help to owners regarding their openers and remotes. I have no idea what they do if you need support during the warranty period.CAVEAT EMPTOR certainly applies to this product purchase.

Easy to program
Super easy to program. First one I bought was for Wayne Dalton but didn’t work. was the wrong frequency. Make sure you match the model number of your opener. Once I found the correct one, it works great!! Very easy to pair to opener and program code.

Few issues
Works good so far. Battery might be getting weak because sometimes I have to enter the code a few times before it opens the door... but pretty good unit

Great replacement
I have had a Wayne Dalton garage door opener for 22 years and this is the first time I’ve had to replace the keypad. Yes, you could buy cheaper keypads but from what I’ve been reading from the reviews they would need to be replaced every few years. Once in 22 years ain’t bad! Worked perfectly.
