Happy to make your acquaintance, Picquic!
I had never heard of this brand before I saw it in Kevin Kelly's Cool Tools blog. Glad I saw it. I thought it was an interesting design, so I bought one as a gift for a tool freak friend of mine. He loved it. So I got one for myself too! Couldn't help myself, once I saw for myself the quality and cleverness of the product. It's so handy and it works great. All the bits are stored in the handle, plus one extra that sits in the working position at the tip of the screwdriver. When you want to change from Phillips to something else, you remove the bit from the tip, and shove it through the hole in the back of the driver at the location where the bit you want to use is. That shoves out the one you want, and stores the bit you don't need simultaneously.I also like that it's made of all marine-grade materials so it won't corrode over time. I put this screwdriver in our kitchen drawer so we always have the right screwdriver when we need one to change the batteries in our kidproof toys, crack open our vaccuum to change the belt, or whatever else we need. Great product, well worth the price. I recommend it based on price, performance, quality, and materials. You won't go wrong buying it as a gift either. My recipient still raves about it (he's easily amused by a good tool, obviously).

Handy tool
Love that it holds the bits rattle free and secure. Keep it in my pocket at work so I always have a screwdriver with me at work. Looks good too.

Great product.
I love these little screwdrivers for two reasons: The design makes it nearly impossible to lose the tips, since the act of putting one tip away is how you get out the one you need. So, the tip is either in the head, or in the storage handle.Next, unlike screwdrivers with just a tiny bit, the longer shaft means that it will fit into recessed screw cavities. If you have ever had yer klein 10-in-1 or 5- in -1 not be able to reach the screw, you will know exactly what I mean. Good quality, durable, well engineered and executed. The stainless steel in this model is top of the line - it actually does not rust. I use this thing around Muriatic acid, salt water, battery acid and rabbit pee (dont ask). It never gets any corrosion or stains. cleans easily.

The best interchangeable bit screwdriver
I was given one of these by a senior mechanic when I first started turning wrenches. I finally retired it to home use after 18 years and got a new one for work. I’m glad they’re still being made, it’s an excellent tool

Very much worth buying
I now have four of these screwdrivers. One for my regular toolkit; a stubby one for my toolkit; the Mariner Rustproof one for the toolkit in my boat and a slender version of the full-size model for a drawer in the house. The screwdriver handle securely holds all the bits; the bits are easy to see without removing them from the handle; there is no lid to unscrew and lose; the product is very well made. Plus, I do not believe they are made in China (I think they are made in Canada), so that is a bonus, too.The various bits are easy to remove, and the act of pushing one out with the bit you don't want to use AUTOMATICALLY stores the unwanted bit. That means YOU won't set it down and forget it and lose it (something I would NEVER do).I don't use them a lot, but they are there when I need them and almost always with the correct bit for the job.

Very happy with it
Prior reviewers complained that the bits were loose when inserted in the driver, but I have not found this to be the case. Maybe the company improved it.

Extremely Useful
The sea air ate my first Picquic (which was the regular one), but after several months, this marine version still looks brand new, even with heavy use. Good stuff.

Excellent screwdriver, maybe a little pricey but I couldn't find anything else with a good fat handle and a flat back end better suited to leaning into the odd tuffy!Stowing the bits in the handle has worked our really handy, I now have a mix of various other job specific bit's found on my travels replacing a few of the originals.I work offshore and despite rolling about the deck from time to time it's as good as new.

I've been buying Picquics for 25 years but they all rust out.... hope not this one
I must have owned a 20+ Picquic screwdrivers of the same type over the last 25 years. The price came down and I feel like the quality did as well. They seem to rust out much quicker that the first ones I've owned and lost track of. I've destroyed a few, they don't like the salt air of the west coast. Perfect, I'll treat myself to the Mariner and not have to worry. Well I used it once, and it was absorbed in the abyss, guess I'm going back to the disposible Picquics.

Very high quality North American made product.
Piquic makes the best Screwdrivers bar none. They are Canadian made and have a very interesting story as to how they were initially designed. You can buy something that is inexpensive and wont last or you can buy a Picquic and have it for life.
