I was hearing all the hype surrounding the Keto diet so I jumped right in without doing any real research, just listening to others that were trying it and having success. These pills are doing what they are supposed to. Keep in mind that they will not help you on their own but with some effort from you. It is important to take these pills as directed on the bottle to get their maximum benefit. I drink only water and am trying to keep to the Keto diet the best I can. These pills help me because, for me, they curb my appetite and even if I don't remember seeing it in their description, but to me personally, they give me energy. Without taking these pills, I would feel sluggish and have afternoon cravings, but I been more successful sticking to the low carb diet and am seeing the benefits.
