I didn’t like the fact that the sticker were not all the way to number 11, and also the fact that for the price didn’t come with instructions on how to play or fine tune

Long time hobbyist musician/audio nerd here. It's a nice little drum and sounds great. The quality is good, better than what I was expecting. The notes are well tuned - I was worried that they would be dissonant but they aren't. There's a note or two in the series that's louder than the rest, but I assume that these are the resonant frequencies of the drum, not a quality issue. I'm tempted to get a second one.

Great for kids to make noise. It comes un-tuned with random paper sticky numbers that make no senseIt is an expensive toy that can't be tuned, with no instructions. I bought 4 of them, exactly the same at the same time. They all sound somewhat different.... But pretty sounding.

beautiful music, easy to use, I got one for myself and one for my grand daughter . If you do not think you're musical try this. ANYONE CAN PLAY THIS. Here is ONE way. Try this . . . say your birthday (or a name) over and over until you get a rhythm going. (Mine would be "January ninth, nineteen fifty-four, January ninth, nineteen fifty four"). After you attach the numbers to the "tongues" according to included directions, choose 3 or 4 numbers and plug those numbers into your rhythm pattern. You can repeat numbers. Play your little song over and over, fast, slow, loud, soft, there you go!

Beautiful tones. Very impressed with the quality. Lovely bag to store it in too. Especially like that the cuts are simple (I don't like all the ornate cutting that some tongue drums have) - this is simple and elegant. Perfect!

I bought this for my 13 year old daughter. She likes it and was playing songs on it very quickly, both from internet and made up. The sound is nice, not shrilly. Everyone that has heard it said it sounds cool and soothing. We are not playing this instrument for anything serious, just for fun, but it works as expected and sounds fine.

I gave this as a gift and the recipient was delighted to get it. It has great sound when you use the drum sticks that come with it.

Bought this for 2 of my grandsons. They love the sound. However, disappointed the numbers don’t actually stay on, and & it didn’t come with some sort of a song book! White paint-like marker from craft store works best.
