Good for beginners
This is a good beginner intro to Up to the Beat Fit and Gina B's workouts. The steps are not difficult at all and are at a pace that is definitely low impact. For people that say they need more instruction perhaps a different instructor may be better for those. It doesn't have to be perfect as long as one moves. She is also on YouTube and one can try her out there first.

Another Fun Workout From Gina B!
Gina B does it again! I love her workouts. She is fun, energetic and motivating. This is a workout that anyone can do and it is great for beginners. Of course, you can make it more challenging by following the modifier (Valeska) who uses more intense moves. I highly recommended!

Gina B
This was my first purchase of a Gina B workout. I think it would be a good video for someone just starting out with exercising or a more advanced exerciser who might want a low key workout to mix in with their exercising routine

Gina B, please refill this workout
Difficult to follow as camera views cut off people while Gina B is talking about you following them for easier or more challenging steps. Wish they would have had one camera stationary on everyone's legs/feet and another camera for Gina to look directly at (as they have done in other videos). Didn't even make it through the entire workout as the switching between cameras drove me batty as well as not feeling like Gina B was actually looking directly at me. Definitely did not feel personal like her other videos. She's spends her time looking back and forth between cameras and many times looking and talking to the wrong camera. Production crew really needed to review the footage while actually doing the workout along with the video. It would be great if it could be refilmed with these changes, then it would be up to my usual five star review for Gina B.

Very Fun. Very Easy To Follow Low-Impact Dancercise
I love her dance workouts. I also like how she breaks up her routine into many 5-minute dances. So if I don't have time to go through the entire video, I can just dance with her for 10 or 15 minutes to get some quick workouts without feeling like I'm stopping abruptly. Her instructions are EASY to follow while many other dance workout DVDs I bought done by other instructors are too fast and confusing, with weird camera angles. Some reviewers criticized the simplicity of her set but I actually like the contemporary urban look. Perhaps it's because I'm from an urban city where it's common to see old warehouses converted to gyms. The inclusion of modified moves are helpful. On some days when I have more energy, I follow the "advanced" instructor and other times when I really need only a light workout, I follow the beginners' footwork. That said, this DVD isn't for the truly advanced dancers - those folks might want to explore Acacia DVDs.

Just What I've Been Waiting For
I love Gina's workouts and have been anxiously awaiting new ones to add to my collection. I absolutely love Dance That Walk 2 and it's so much fun to see Mila working out again with Gina and Sarah. There are three workout options included on the DVD. All of them are low-impact but they're certainly not low-energy! There's a 60-minute workout and two 35-minute Express workouts . Each one of them provides dancing to fulfill my cardio needs and all of my muscles get a great workout, too. The music is well suited to each style of dance and although 60 minutes sounds like a long time it never seems like a long time because moving along through the different dances keeps it interesting. It's nice, too, that each of the ladies shows a different level of intensity for the movements so that I can see what works best for me. If you're new to Gina's workouts this is a great place to start. I promise you'll work up a sweat and feel fabulous! Try it--you'll like it!

Great Walking Program
I have several other walking DVDs featuring this instructor, Gina B, so I was happy to find this new one. She has a pleasant voice (British accent) and her programs are always fun and easy to follow. Like her other programs, her video is divided into 3-4 minutes segments where the music and the steps change. So, you never really can get bored. I wasn't sure I'd do the whole 60 minutes (it does have the option to play either of two different 35 minute programs) but it was so varied and the time went so fast, I had completed the whole thing before I knew it! The DVD claims to be equal to 7500 steps, but according to my FitBit, it was only 6800. And I did the whole thing at the pace demonstrated without stopping.

Perfectly Low Impact
This video is perfectly low impact. I recently developed an infection in my heart. I'm better now, but I can't do the same kind of high intensity workouts that I did before like kickboxing and boot camp. This provides a good solid workout without causing me chest pain. It's loads of fun, and the time just flies by. It's also easy to follow with great music. I ordered her Circuit Training 2 Workout, as well as a couple other videos. I also went to her website and ordered the Decades box set, because Amazon doesn't carry that video set. I love her upbeat attitude. If you want a fun workout that's easy to follow as well as easy to do, then you want to buy this DVD.
