Works Fantastic! **Requires a bit of soldering Skill**
You'll need to removed the old thumbsticks to replace these ones. Not like joycons where it's plug and play.A steady hand and some good solder go a long way.Side note. You MUST calibrate them when you are done. Windows has a built in tool for it, but Steam Big Picture mode has one that actually works a lot better.

You get what you pay for.
The modules themselves feel much stiffer than the ones I’m replacing in my 4 year old Xbox controllers. But I’m sure they’ll loosen up. They don’t stick in any direction which is a plus. I haven’t been able to wire them up yet but I’ll update this review when I do. The plastic thumb sticks they come with fit perfectly but just kidna feel wrong and cheap compared to the original. Lightweight and kind of sticky/tacky. I’ve paid more money for worse products at surface value.

Fixed stick drift
I popped the metal discs out from behind the teal plastic pieces, no need to solder if you don’t have the ability

Cheaper, but not as good as original
The price was good, but the sticks were noticeably poorer quality than the original sticks.

Good replacement part, hard to install for me
These things are hard to install! You have to be able to desolder all 10 points in a way that allows you to remove it. I had to cut the old one into sections on the board so I could removed it. Then going back in worked but not so well. Mind you, it’s 100% my fault, this part worked awesome! But get yourself a solder sucker if your doing this on your own.

Made the problem worse
Desoldered the original sensor and soldered this one. The soldering jobs is fairly straightforward with some solder braid. However, once the new sensor was installed, the left and right motions would not be registered. Double checked the solder points and they looked clean. Just to be safe, I uninstalled the sensor and started over but got the exact same problem. Save your money and just buy a new controller. These sensors are junk

Good value
Worked amazing! No more drift the joysticks are a nice bonus the rubber is definitely not Xbox original quality. The actual module is identical to what was in the Microsoft controller.

Good Replacment part
Xbox controller has slight drift and bought these as cheap quick fix. After reading other reviews I did not solder the new parts but just pulled back the old tabs and replaced the plastic round inserts and drift is no more. Will need micro tools such and pick, flathead/T8 torx screwdriver and tweezers to get the job done

Bad quality
The points in which your thumbs make contact are smaller than they should be, the rubber feels abrasive and plastic, and the overall construction, eg the seems that connect parts of the thumbsticks are very visible. Trust me, don't buy there are much better options.
