Each heavy duty winch mount plate is designed to withstand the rigors of pulling your machine out of the deepest holes. We personally torture test our machines to ensure your mount is the last thing you will have to worry about. Every mount is manufactured out of heavy gauge steel and powdercoated black for a long lasting finish. All hardware and complete instructions are included. You simply cant find a better kit! Most ATV winches using the standard 2 or 4 bolt hole pattern will fit including Warn, Superwinch, Ramsey, Gorilla, Tusk, and Big Bear. These mounts are NOT designed to fit most 4000# winches. The 1555 fits the 1998-04 Honda 450 Foreman and 1995-01 TRX 400 Foreman models.

A nice heavy duty winch mounting plate
I bought a 3500# Super Winch for my 2003 Honda foreman and wanted a heavy duty winch plate to handle it. I just put it on today and I am impressed with the quality of the parts. The winch mounting plate is about 1/4 inch thick and quite hefty. It mounted high on the quad frame (just under the front plastics) and required me to take the front bumper grill off (8 bolts and 10-15 minutes). The winch is mounted to the plate before attaching it to the quad and it took 2 people to reattach the bumper (aligning bolt holes while lifting on the mounting plate and adjusting the bumper in position and inserting the bolts). It took me, a novice, about an hour to complete the winch plate mounting with my wife aiding in the bumper alignment for about 15 minutes. (The heavy duty "U" brackets go under the mounting plate inorder for the bolt holes to line up.) This mounting plate definitey makes the winch a solid part of the quad frame. If you have a hefty winch you will want this hefty mounting plate to secure it to the quad.

It almost fit my 2002hoda forman, I only had to drill out two holes in the u- brackets to make it fit.

Nice mounting plate
This is a very nice mounting plate it mounted to my 02 honda foreman perfectly and mounted my winch a Superwinch 1120210 ATV LT2000 Series Winch with no problems. I liked that it was very well built and was powdercoated not painted. I highly recommend this mounting plate.
