This is an update from my review below. So I received my replacement bags, thank you. But now one of the bags will not reseal. I've follwed all of the instructions but it will not seal. I'll have to try out a different brand. ******I have not tested if it was leak proof but durability is not good. I've used this bag 3 times now and the top of the opening is ripped. I've only used it 3 times! Don't think its going to last me that long. I'll try other brands and see if those are more durable.

I read another review before I purchased these and it said that these bags were difficult to close, but I decided to purchase them anyway based off of the overall positive ratings. At first I thought that that reviewer must have just gotten a defective product because mine closed fine. However, after I had used the product about 3 or 4 times I couldn't get them to close anymore. No amount of force would work. I have other brands of reusable ziploc bags and they all close just fine, even after multiple uses. It's possible that I got the same defective batch as the other reviewer but with so many other brand options of the same product out there, I don't think I'll be ordering this specific brand again.

I am always purchasing disposable sandwich bags. The cost adds up between me, my husband and two kids we go through a lot of zip-lock bags. With these reusable storage bags, I can pack more and save. The pack contains six reusable bags in total. Four reusable sandwich bags + 2 reusable snack bags. The bags have a traditional seal and snap to close. The bags are durable and are long-lasting. I’ve used them in our lunch bag's to carry sandwiches & snacks, including fruits & veggies! Also, they work great at keeping things in the fridge or freezer fresh. The sandwich bags aren't just good for sandwiches they have a multi-use purpose. I've had no issues with any fluids leaking. I always pack in a lunch bag with ice packs, but sometimes I'm in a rush I just grab and go as is. They are easy to clean and this saves money. I recommend using these reusable sandwich bags.

These are very durable reusable storage bags. I will be buying more. This will save me tons of money instead of buying ziplocs that I use once and toss. Plus saving the economy with more waste and plastic. They don’t have a cheap plastic smell like most products like this do. It has a tight seal and I love that you can freeze food in them! Huge plus for me. Only hand wash, do not put in the microwave.

I go through way too many plastic baggies. Between lunches and snacks and cutting bananas in half I feel very wasteful. These have really helped me use less disposable plastic bags. They are quite thick and feel very durable. I have used them for sandwiches, snacks and leftover bananas so far only. No real leak test done. But they clean easily. I rinse with soap and water and stick upside down on my sink sprayer to dry.

These bags are definitely great for reuse. However they are very difficult to dry after washing—they are so stiff that they can’t stay open wide enough to completely dry the corners and edges. Plus, they are so stiff that they crush most things I want to put in them (Chips, sandwiches). They are ok for some crackers and fruit such as grapes. They are also a bit bigger than most sandwich bags so they do not fit well in school lunch bags. We are barely using these pouches die to these problems, which defeats the purpose of buying something reusable.

Very disappointed with his product. They are nearly impossible to close. The only way I can get them to seal is by literally biting down on them with my teeth. Don't waste your money

These are perfect for lunches! The bigger size is kind of huge (for a sandwich, anyway) but better than too small! Cleaning isn't too bad unless stuff gets into the creases. Then, it's a bit of a pain. Very sturdy, though, and no spills yet!
