I have been using the 3M finishing system with these cup lids and liners in my woodworking business for 15 years now and I love the system, cleaning the spray gun was the most tedious and irritating part of spray finishing until I discovered this system. You do not need to clean the spray gun cup which really speeds things up.

I like the disposability of the product. After using standard paint guns for years transitioning to 3m pps system was a breeze.. Just the overall cleanup will save you hours and money on just the cleaning chemicals alone. Cleaning your paint gun is fast. It takes just a couple of minutes to wash out your paint gun. The liners and filter lids go into the trash and your done.

No complaints, easy, clean, no leaks, filters the product you are using so not necessary to strain first. Would recommend in a heartbeat. Little pricey but in my opinion well worth the money.

I've been ordering these lids and liners for a few years. Is a good buy and the lids fit snug. It's a good buy.

I purchased all 3 sizes (Large, Med & small) the large and small are pressurized and the medium is not. I would not purchase the medium size again as the large and small are all I use. I use the large for spraying finishes and the small mostly on my Iwata airbrush for spraying dyes and tinted finishes for shading.

Came in 3M box and correctly packaged but when I came to spray using them they leaked. The first liner leaked almost straight away and I caught it before I started spraying. I poured the paint in another liner and used a new lid and this one started leaking later on and required the job to be re-sanded and re-sprayed.Looking at the liners that failed and all the liners that were in the same package, they were all manufactured / molded incorrectly. Looking directly down at the lip at the top of the liner, the lip was not the same width all the way round. At one point it was narrower, this is where the paint leaked from. The liner sits inside the mixing cup with lid clipped in place but it seals the paint inside with the collar that is screwed down that tightens the lid to liner top lip, which in my case was mostly missing.I then purchased 16024, I had ordered these before from same vendor with no issues, and these were molded incorrectly as well. Both sets were returned for credit.I purchased the same kit at my local paint supply shop and these cups were manufactured correctly and did not leak.Check the cups when you receive them so that are ok for use.
