I have been taking zinc from Throne because of the quality of the product. Not sure if anything has changed, but I know Thorne's products are trusted by athletes and professionals. Typically take one a day. On rare occasions when I feel like I am coming down with something, I double up on the dose along with NAC and I feel much better.

My husband and I have been taking one pill a day for several years. They are very easy to swallow.
