Five Stars
This faucet is awesome. It's everything I thought and more!! Love it. Yes it was recommended for the sink we bought and it fit perfectly. No problem finding parts because there hasn't been any problems with it. If it didn't fit your sink or you don't have good hardware stores don't ditch the faucet. Love the 2 water pressures you get with it and the flexibility is great. Now we use this in our garage utility sink!!

Not durable. Leaks in inner clear plastic tubing.
Not recommended. This kitchen faucet is just not durable. The first one I bought lasted seven months before it leaked from the middle of the spout/neck, but the second one that I bought as a quick replacement lasted only four weeks before it started leaking in the same way.In both cases it leaked all along the faucet's curved spout/neck (with water spewing out in small jets) because the inner clear PLASTIC TUBING inside the spout has developed a crack, even though I had supported the spout with a wall-mounted metal rod in order to entirely eliminate any movement or bending of the faucet spout to try to prolong its lifespan, because I've read about similar failure cases from other people's reviews. Also, the water pressure in my kitchen's pipes was measured to be quite low (below normal), at only 35 psi, so that's probably NOT the cause of the premature tubing leak. For whatever reason, that clear vinyl tubing inside the faucet spout just doesn't seem to be durable or reliable... If it fails once then that could be attributed to maybe a random manufacturing defect, but if it happened many times then that indicates a potential design flaw. Maybe that plastic tubing needs to have thicker walls, wider diameter, or a reinforced layer/composition(?) in order to at least withstand the standard water pressures or expansion cycles, not just to withstand the bending or twisting of the faucet spout during normal usage.

How to connect to this faucet
I'm going to guess most of the problems getting this faucet to seal have to do with the fact that it is a standard 1/2" NPSM (straight) faucet thread, but almost all elbows you will find are 1/2" NPT (tapered). It is very difficult (at least in my experience) to get a male straight thread to seal water-tight into a tapered female thread. This is made worse by the fact that the faucet's straight threads also need to have room for the faucet locknut that will lock it to the wall of the utility sink. In particular, the "often bought with" recommendation of "TS Brass B-0230-K" is 1/2 NPT, so buying that option will guarantee a very, very frustrating installation.Try purchasing two "Eaton Aeroquip 2047-8-8S" elbows. These have a true 1/2 NPSM female fitting, with the rubber washer that NPSM needs to seal. And the other end of the elbow is a 1/2" NPT, which WILL make a water tight seal into the 1/2 NPSM female fitting found on most flexible faucet connection hoses. To make the attachment to the sink wall, try four thin 3/4 washers (I used electrical box washers e.g. Sigma Electric 49301, although I'm afraid they may rust) and a standard 1/2" faucet locknut (Danco 73106B or BRASSCRAFT SF0457)

We would buy again
When we ordered this faucet for our kitchen remodel, we were not hopeful. It looks cheap. In fact, we kept looking for other faucets. Most commercial faucets were more than we wanted to pay. Another one we ordered, had to be sent back because the lever would not work with our sink. This faucet has surprised us. It was easy to install (much easier than the sink!), it is convenient and practical. Most importantly, was the price...it was one of the cheapest items we bought for the kitchen! We would buy again.Update: I have ordered two of these now. They work great at first. After a few months, the handle sticks. Can not recommend.

Flexible hose failed after 4 months of use.
I loved the look and function of this faucet when I first installed it - especially for the price and because there aren't many wall-mounted options. I still really love the faucet head which allows you to switch between regular and shower functions. Unfortunately, the flexible hose failed after 4 short months of use. I tried to use a silicone sealant to extend its life but it continues to spew water and now I see rusty spots under the areas still covered with the silicone. As far as I can tell, there are no replacement parts to be had... :(

Love the wall mount single handle faucet
The crew at our candy shop really likes this faucet. So much so, that I am ordering a second one for the other side of our three-compartment dish pit. I am a bit worried that the flexible stalk my not hold up long term, but it is doing fine after one month in service.

The easiest and cheapest way to have this thing installed.
I tool out one star because I had to buy additional bushings to have this thing install. The main reasons that I decided to go with this one is the design and the price. So far, I am very happy with the performance. The biggest thing for this is the installation. Folks, the cheapest way to get this thing connected easy and quick would be go to ho,e depot to get you one pair of hex bushings (see pics) and some plastic gromets for the sealing between pipes. It will only cost you around $14.In less than 30 days, this thing start leaking EVERYWHERE!! Beware!!

This is the best faucet we have ever owned
This is the best faucet we have ever owned. It works great and wasn't that hard to install. I wish we had had it years ago! I like the feature where you can make it a gentle spray or a hard stream of water.
