Great Relaxer for Sensitive Scalp
Contacted seller regarding wrong product delivered. The product was replaced promptly by the seller. The new product arrived as expected with all items included in the kit. 4 full-size Nairobi sensitive scalp relaxer creme, 4 -2 fl oz. liquid activator, 4 wooden spatulas, and instructions. Follow instructions to avoid any problems with a relaxer. The kit does not include neutralizing shampoo. This relaxer works great for my hair texture. After relaxer, I used a neutralizing shampoo (following the directions) to rinse out the relaxer. Shampoo and deep conditioned hair using Avlon products. I also used Nairobi soft finish leave in conditioner, and Nairobi wrap-it shine foaming lotion. Hair came out soft, shiny, and full of body. Great salon products for hair care between salon visits.

Simply The Best
The best relaxer, hands down. A+++++. I am now a fan for life. No hairstylist can ever give me the results I got from using Nairobi hair relaxer. I used it for the second time yesterday and again I am blown away by the excellent results!!

Love at first try!!!
This is my first time using Nairobi relaxer and I must say, I am impressed!! It does not come with neutralizing shampoo so you must order it separately...it is a must to use neutralizing shampoo after rinsing the relaxer from your hair. This product did not burn my scalp, it left my hair looking shiny, feeling super soft and manageable. I am in love now!!!

Terrible decision
This is not what I was looking for, this perm has my hair feeling damaged!!! Will throw it away unless I can get a refund

Definitely works
I kept trying over the counter perms and they didnt work this work well just be careful because it burn my neck but I believe it was my fault cause I put it in and started walking around the house and didnt time it, just base your scalp good

Best relaxer ever!!!
I absolutely love this product and the humectin conditioner, clarifying shampoo and foaming setting lotion. All great products.
