CertBuy 4in Flexible 4-Layers Aluminum Vent Duct Hose, 12ft, Gray, HVAC Tubing

Some people commented they had a hard time getting this on but I thought it was pretty easy. This was my first time ever doing one of these and I only swore at it once so that's pretty good! You do have to finesse it on and I used duct tape to secure it along the way because as you get one side on and then go to secure around, the first part will start to pop off. 4 minutes and 10 inches of duct tape for the part that attaches to the window and the elbow I use to the dryer was even easier.

I had to replace the old dryer vent and chose to try this new type, I was not disappointed! It's easy to install but a bit tight fit. But, not impossible to do but just a bit small for a 4" size. If you carefully twist it, it will fit and hold. My vent was in the crawl space so I fed it from inside the house then lucky for me I only had to grasp the other end a few feet away from the access door and hook it up to the outside vent assembly! I would recommend it.

I love the length of this product. My dryer is a tight 8 ft from the window exhaust having the extra 4 feet allows me to easily step over this vent instead of being in the way. I used to have 2 8 ft sections attached together, I'm glad that's gone, and the 25 ft sections the local hardware store sells is far too much material.Yes like the other reviews said it's a little tight, but I rotated it while sliding on the dryer and worked like a charm without any cutting.

generally easy to install. I think an addition of a collar at each end would make it an easier job to make connections to drier and exhaust port.Much better than past hoses I have used. would purchase this item again

The kind I was buying from the stores kept ripping. This is perfect wish I would’ve bought this right from the start.

Purchased 2 years ago but only went to use it last week. Silver material was uneven and did not fit over dryer opening or the outdoor vent. Tried several times & had someone else try without success. The hose should have solid banded ends to slide over the openings. This was a waste of money. I ordered a different vent hose one on Amazon that worked great.

I ordered this but was a little hesitant after reading the reviews.I am glad I took a chance anyway. It is thicker than the ones from Lowes like I had before. The wire attachments are very nice and sturdy. It was not hard to install. So I am very happy with this purchase. I really like the gray color as well.
