This cream really works, from a ten minute hot flash every hour, to now only like 1 or 2 quick ones a day. It worked right away for me, like two days after my first application. Its good. Get it.

Best on the Market. I've done the research and tried other products. Other products are not all they are advertised to be. Most have less progesterone or weaker formula in them. You might as well be using hand cream. The progesterone formula in Kokoro is more effective. This one really does help with the hot flashes. It is worth the price.

I'm not a doctor and I know some doctors say hormone creams made from yam don't work. I've been using this cream on the recommendation of my mom now for about 6 months. I really didn't use it regularly and then tried to be more consistent after about 3 months or so. I wasn't sure if it worked until I ran out and had to wait about a week to get some more. All I know is that I don't want to go half a day without this stuff. If you're looking for a progesterone cream or your hormones are out of sort and you think this might help, give it a try and you might be surprised like I was.
