This are decent replacements to the original C6 key fobs. However they are NOT identical, so the front plate (prone to cracking) will not fit on your OEM unit. Also, the connection for the keys is not compatible aka you cannot put your old key in this unit. Therefore you must go have the keys cut. Only problem with that is these keys are fixed to the silver retainer at the bottom, unlike the OEM keys which screw off. The guy at ACE Hardware was unable to cut properly and messed my key up. I had to find a professional locksmith to perform this task. I should take another star off for customer service because they don't have an english speaking representative nor do they return phone calls.

I ordered these to replace the cases for my working 2012 C6 Corvette key fobs that the key latches broken. I could not get these to work with the boards. I think it is because the positive battery connection is not contacting the exposed pad on the circuit board. These only have 1 tab versus two on the OEM units. The keys also do not match the pictures shown. They probably are ok if you can get the circuit board to work and have the keys cut.

Absolute junk. Any favorable review is fraudulent. Not assembled by seller.. Supplied metal battery contact part not installed by seller and that part will not fit in case. Junk. Chinese industrial sabotoge.

Great reasonably priced replacement. Instructions lack a little. They said nothing about removing the film from BOTH sides of the circuit board.
