Baensch Cichlid Atlas, Vol. 2 (v. 2) Hardcover – December 31, 2006

The book is not for the beginning and intermediate aquarist, a very technical and very complete treatise of the South American Dwarf cichlids. It is easy to tell that the book is translated from German because of some obvious mispellings of many words. If you are an advanced aquarist interested in that family, it is a valuable resource and a must buy though a little pricey. It was not designed to be a picture book but a advanced treatise on the subject.

The contents may be good enough for some experts, but not me.I like to see some new and interesting species pictures, but only few and not qualified.
