The Three Trees: A Traditional Folktale

This is a very nice traditional Christmas story. It is short and applicable for all ages young to old.

I like that all the trees got their wish, but not in a way they expected. It was so amazing.

A great book for a parent and child to read together nd to discuss and talk about it after reading , feelings, thoughts, etc.Just makes one realize you can be a small tree or person and not think your loved or appreciated or no one really cares but after reading this book it helps us all to realize how important we are all in God's eyes and how we can be used for great things!!

I love it. I believe all Christians should love this book, as well as anyone else. I recommend this book to everyone!

I like this book because the trees' values are transformed by God's values. This is a great moral for anyone wanting to live in relationship to the God of love and truth and beauty!

A wonderful easy way of relating the life of three trees to three different episodes in the life of Christ.Starting with the ambitions for each of the three trees and how in a round-about way their dreams are fulfilled when one becomes the manger, one his sailing boat and one the cross in His crucifixion.Beautifully written and illustrated and easy for a child of any age to understand at their own level.I highly recommend this book.

The story is written in a way that is easy to understand and yet does not lighten up the plotline. The pictures are beautiful!
