DO NOT BUY THIS!!
This canopy was not designed well. If it rains the water pools in the middle, rather than wicking off the canopy. We got rain the day we installed it and the water pooled in the canopy, collapsed the frame and completely destroyed the entire product. Don’t waste your money. The company offered me only $19 to “keep the product.” Or I could pay almost $60 in shipping to send it back to the company. We can’t even get this back into the box because it’s so destroyed. I’m disappointed in the canopy and the company!

Screens on all sides, zippers keep it sealed
I looked around a lot for a 10x20 canopy that has screening on all sides. I'm trying to keep the mosquitoes out, while seeing a view of the garden on all sides. The Good: It pops up like a lot of 10x10 canopies. No screws. Because each panel is zippered, you can open a whole side like a garage door if there happen to be no mosquitoes. Or tie each panel to the side for a different effect. Velcro wraps at the top of the screening connect to the tubing so that the top comes down over it - pretty good mosquito seal. I've seen other products without zippers that just tie to the posts - lots of place for mosquitoes to get in. The top looks durable and appears waterproof. I know they recommend that it not be used in rain, but there is a clever grommet in the two places where rainwater would well up. It not that heavy for something that big. I used to use a 10x20 foot Costco tent, but there are lots of parts and takes a while to put up. Too much effort to put that up for one party. This canopy went up fast with two people. You have to inch out each of the six posts round robin to raise it, but it works. Velcro attach for the top works well. The Bad: There were supposed to be four type E posts that slide into four type F posts - making four longer posts that help support the top. My unit has three E posts and 5 F posts. So one of the posts couldn't click together. So I pounded one so it would fit in the other and then duct taped it. One of the six wide velcros that connect the top to the posts came off in my hand; I just hand stitched it back on. Apparently the seller doesn't not have a stock of the missing part. Conclusion: Since I couldn't find any other 10x20 canopy that only had screens, and this one had both screens and zippers, I wanted to try to make this work. Having to stitch the piece of velcro on wasn't a big deal. I got the design that I wanted, and it will be fine for use only twice a year for parties. I got a partial refund for the missing part, and I'm satisfied. Only one star off because of value. I'm willing to futz a little if the deal is good.

Good for the Price, Don't expect it to be heavy duty
Super easy to put up with 4 people. Haven't tried to put the sides on. There were a few small defects/fabric scratches in the top. The structural members are not heavy duty and vulnerable but what can you expect for the price. You could always buy two 10x10 pop ups and tie them together but that would cost more. This certainly isn't built to handle strong winds or severe storms. Mine was put up 3 days ago and is still standing. We have another event in 3 more days. I chose to take a risk and leave it up because the weather reports don't call for stormy weather and low winds (5 to 10 mph) all week. In addition to 12" spikes on each leg I did attach 50lb weights to four legs on the west and south sides. We did have a light shower on day 2. That caused in a water bowl to collect on the top in one spot. I had to dump that and of course I got wet. I expect that a heavy rain might cause damage unless you stayed under the tent and periodically dumped the water bowls. All in all it's a good buy for that once in a while outdoor party. Just don't expect it to survive bad weather or rough handling.

Fabric ripped after one season.
Very large. Need at least 2 people to set up. The only issue I had is the fabric only lasted one summer. It currently has gorilla tape holding together the ripped areas and it was in part shade all summer. I use it at camp so it stays up until fall.

Just like the picture and description says
The size was terrific, I was impressed by how easy it really was to put up (I had my hubbies help). The vinyl roof was easy to get on and it has an amazingly strong system of velcro that holds it. The sides were a breeze to get on as well with plentiful velcro strips for a secure fit. We took it down in a surprise storm and it was still fairly easy to get down and i great shape. The red, white and blue is perfect! It's beautiful when the sun is shining down on it. I love this canopy!
