Sturdy
Works very well with our new railing. We used different screws and anchors because we wanted the white headed screws to be matched with the white railing.

Holds Strong
Our handrail sockets in the concrete dissolved away so I pulled all of the metal pieces out and filled the holes with concrete. These mounted easily to the concrete with my hammer drill after I got good concrete anchors (the supplied plastic one don't work too good). They bolted down strong and hold the handrail better than the original sockets. We also like how they look because you don't have to use those plastic escutcheons that crack and break. When I have to replace or ladder sockets l plan on using these for them. The price was a little steep for our budget but it was the fastest, easiest solution that I could find.

Easy to install and sturdy.
The media could not be loaded. Would have given these five stars except for two things, 1) the anchors supplied are cheap plastic and 2) the bolts provided are not stainless steel. You should always use stainless steel fasteners around a pool unless you eventually want rust stains on your deck. Went to Home Depot and got stainless steel bolts and real concrete anchors (red heads). Also got bolt head caps that give a finished touch, these could have been provided as well ($.25 each). Otherwise a good product.

Strongly reccomend
The supplier kindly allowed me to change my order from white to beige to more nearly match my pool decking and I am extremely pleased with the product. The anchors were easy to install, required no grounding, corrosion proof, very stable and safely secured the stair rail. They are more practicable for anchoring pool ladders and rails than in ground anchors requiring core drilling and electrical grounding.

Worked great and saved me form drilling a huge hole into pool deck!
These worked perfectly to mount a handrail to the concrete pool deck. I did not use the plastic anchors that were included but I did use the stainless lag screws included and bought eight lag shields to mount handrail securely in the concrete. The lag screws are a bit too long for this but I found that drilling the holes extra deep and sinking the lag shields about 3/4" into the concrete (rather than flush) did the trick. I considered buying shorter lag bolts but since the ones supplied were stainless I chose to use them rather than fork over extra $$ for shorter ones. A hammer drill is required so if you don't already own one either borrow one or buy a cheap one from harbor freight. Tip: after drilling the holes you must get all of the concrete dust out by either vacuum or compressed air. I used a can of air normally used for blowing dust out of electronic devices. Use a second lag shield with a hammer to sink the original lag shield down into the concrete.

Sturdy & Easy Install
Very easy to install. Just screwed into deck. The handrail ( purchased separately) screws into the base & is sturdy as well.
