This is the second launcher we've bought. The first one broke after a week but I put it down to my son pulling the string too hard or suchlike. However, the second launcher arrived with the string was already knotted or chewed up inside the launcher. Tried to get a refund but could only get one if I paid to return it to China. I can't understand why, when i've been sent a faulty item, it costs me money to return it. I tried to contact the seller but no response. A waste of time and money.
