The Perfect Armband
I was very skeptical that I would like this, I even kept the packaging for a month after anticipating sending it back (I didn't use it during that time due to an injury). HOWEVER I finally got the opportunity to use it and fell in love instantly. I've used the standard arm bands where you slip the phone into a pocket with a plastic film on the front and then a stretch material behind and you slip the one-piece material onto your arm. I never had a problem with them, but I purchased this because it was a great price, no plastic (pros&cons), a more adjustable band. The case is made of silicone and has a nice smooth finish, the band is a solid piece of fabric with velcro at one end (can attach anywhere on the band). The material is very soft and stretches with you - a problem I had with the 'traditional' arm bands is they slipped down my arm (I should note my arm is 13" circumference). The only issue I ran into was the band is short (very stretchy) which means you have to have it secured in a loop and still pull it up your arm, rather than secure it after you've placed it on your arm.The case comes down to the top of the screen and up over the home button. Because of how far down it comes, the screen dims to the lowest setting doesn't allow you to use the fingerprint scanner. Like I mentioned, it doesn't have a plastic cover, so it won't be protected against weather, but it allows for so much access to your phone: the plastic portion on other armbands never fit 100% against my phone so while you were able to use your phone through the plastic, it was difficult -- especially sliding to answer a call or unlock the screen. I took my phone out of it's case to put it in and it fit like a glove. I did tried the phone with the case, which it did fit snuggly/wouldn't fall out but it did *look* like it was going to fall out; the case is easier enough to pop off, so I did.My original hesitation was thinking the phone would fall out; while I don't know if the casing will stretch/deteriorate after use, right now the phone is very secure. I'd definitely recommend this to a friend and will purchase this type of case from now on.

Works well, not waterproof.
I had this armband for my iphone 4 and liked it, but I initially tried a different band for my 6. The elastic band and case on that item went over the top of the phone and covered the volume buttons which I did not like so I bought this one again. It stays on my arm very well and allows access to the volume and sleep button. Another reviewer claims there is not access to the home button but that is not true. There is an indented circle on the rubber case over the location of the home button that allows it to be pressed. Obviously the fingerprint ID function cannot be used, however. Cons: there is no opening over the speaker on the phone, I had to cut one out because sometimes I like to listen to music without headphones when I run, and also so I can hear my running app announce my pace and distance. Also, after a couple months of use the band starts to twist up during use and becomes more like a tourniquet. Another slight issue is that my phone will not fit in the holder with my phone case on, even though the case is pretty slim. Lastly, as I mentioned in the title it is also not waterproof and I sustained some damage to my screen after a run in the rain. My fault though because the company makes no claim that the case is waterproof and I should've left my phone at home or covered it with plastic that day. All in all I like the case and would recommend it.

Perfect after X-Acto to Home Button
This would have been a 5 star review except for the fact that for this version of the armband, (the armband for the iPhone 5 was perfect!), they decided to cover the home button, the ambient light sensor, (along with cameras, mics and earpiece speaker). I can live everything except for covering the home key, (can't use Touch ID), and covering the ambient light sensor, (the display is too dim to read because the phone thinks that it is in complete darkness). Yes, you can compensate for this in your settings, but who wants to do that every time you go out for a run?My solution? X-Acto knife! Easy fix, and it only cost $10 so if you blow it it's not the end of the world. A sharp knife takes out the home button cover, (just cut a little bigger than the outline), and another slot carved above the earpiece speaker exposes the ambient light sensor. Problem solved!Other than that issue, I love this armband! Phone is easy to get in and out of, but is very secure. The arm band is comfortable and works well. I know that the company had a reason to cover the holes up, but in my case, I had a better reason to uncover them.

Not bad, not great, but I think its good for the price
Some pros, some consPros:- hold phone well. Have gone on multiple 2-3 mile runs so far, never feared the iPhone to pop out. although somewhat floppy (see cons)- open to air, so no sweat build up on the face (versus neoprene armbands that have a plastic cover, then I pull my phone out and its actually somewhat sweaty itself)- really flexy armband. No issues with cinching it tight and then doing curls. It stretches easily and nicely.Cons:- covers up the home button (touch ID). So I'm planning on cutting the rubber case to allow me touch access. Too hard to type in a pin while running to change the song.- sometimes feels a bit floppy. As I've run, feels like the phone isn't adequately secured against my arm. I think this is because of where the velcro band interlaces with case. If perhaps it secured to both the top and bottom edge, versus through the middle. However, doing so would increase the overall weight/bulk

Excellent Armband!
I love the ergonomics of this type of armband because it doesn't have a plastic cover that makes the screen hard to see or less sensitive to touch. However, this may not be ideal in wet weather climates. The build quality is very good indeed. It has a very secure, adjustable velcro strap, although the ends can be sharp, so you may need to adjust it on your arm when running (not a big deal at all because the holder is adjustable on the strap). My only slight reservation is that it can be tricky to get the i-phone in and out of the case, simply because the rubber is so strong. However, this is good for durability and I'm sure it will loosen a bit over time.
