If we could give this product more than five stars, we would! The craftsmanship is exquisitely detailed and beautiful. In addition to being beautiful, the attention to detail is amazing. The box truly is a well-designed puzzle all four of our family members enjoyed solving. We thought an obvious plan of attack would be to look for cracks, but there are none! Further, one might think the lacquer would stick and keep the pieces from sliding, but that is not the case. We are truly impressed with this functional, fun, beautiful work of art.

Gave these as gifts to older grandkids and everyone loved them. Made a great Christmas present and we put money inside.

I absolutely loved this❤️❤️❤️❤️ I gave this to my boyfriend as a gift and he loved it. He loves how it had a secret compartment to store the key for the jewelry box or whatever use you want it to be. It’s like a puzzle. You have to figure out how to use the key or where is the key hole as well.. like I said not only is beautiful and well crafted it’s also entertaining and amazing to look at.

I got this for a buried treasure hunt for my 7yo and 5yo sons while out camping. It was definitely over the head of my 5yo but my 7yo absolutely loved it and showed it to everyone afterward. It's definitely great for kids in that age range and semi-interesting for adults as well.The box itself is nice and the two main compartments are pretty well-constructed and look good. My issues are that the key and locking mechanism are very flimsy, as well as the mirror included in the main compartment and a couple of the smaller wooden pieces that move as part of the puzzle box. I think it keeps this from being a truly great product but it is still pretty good--just may not hold up to repeated usage over time, which is a little disappointing given the price point.

It's a tricky thing lots of steps to get it open but very nice and a fun puzzle.

I bought four of these boxes as gifts. When they came I was immediately aware that one was opened even without moving any puzzle pieces. It was broken. I then informed the company which sent another one; although that one came quickly the company sent it quick. But the corner of that box was broken also. They tried to glue it back together. But it just looks second hand. These are gifts! Then lastly today, I sat down to check the other three. To which all of these have a flaw and are not worthy to be given away as gifts. None of these worked properly. Four of these were sent broken. I would not recommend!

Not much else to say here. It's super fun and works exactly as advertised. My single gripe is that there's nothing holding the mirror in place in the inside compartment. With that one change it's the perfect little puzzle box. The craftsmanship is a highlight for sure.
