Very Good Product
This Walnut Cutting Board by Kitchen Board Maniacs is perfect. I love it, the weight, the dark brown color of the wood, the groove around the length and breadth and weight is worthy of any kitchen. The measurement is 16 inches by 10 inches, not 16 x 101/2. Lovely product though.

Great for entertaining!
I love this cutting board! It is super solid and built to last. We have been using it as a serving board for cheese and meats when company comes over. Looks really nice in person. The pictures don't do it justice. Very happy with our purchase!

This board is inferior quality and a waste of money.
I recd' the cutting board on Jan 23, 2020. Should have sent it back but didn't. It lasted until Feb 26,2020. Used it maybe six times and then developed a crack in the bottom about 4 1/2 inches long. I could tell it was cheap when I got it. The board was not sanded and very dry. I applied butcher block oil on it but it cracked anyway after washing. I was going to buy a few more and use them for steak serving trays. Not so now and I'm going use the one I have now in the fire pit. It is advertised as walnut but I don't think it is. The wood is too soft to be walnut. It feels more like pine that they stained.

Bunch of fuzzy wood fibers pop up after the first wash.
I did a quick wipe with a soapy sponge and rinsed it and dried it in preparation for treating the cutting board with food grade mineral oil. Immediately, the wood surface had a bunch of fuzzy wood fibers pop up. Manufactures usually raise the grain by wetting the board to get the fibers to pop up, let it dry, then sand it lightly to remove all the fibers, so that the next time the board is washed, it stays smooth. I suspect this step was not done on this board. I am giving 3 stars because I had to do this myself (I used a new 220 grit sanding sponge for anyone wondering, just a few light passes to cut down the fibers, don't sand down more than that or you'll expose new ones). After going through this step it's worth keeping for the price, but it really should've been taken care of already by the manufacturer.

Good board
Overall good. I did notice the splinters another reviewer mentioned. But it's holding up fine, with about twice-weekly oiling, after a month or so.

Love it!
Craftmanship is an 8/10. Love the walnut finish and is holding up really well now after a few months of daily use. Would purchase again.

Not Ready for Use
Nice looking board, but you will need to sand it down because it splinters. I gave two stars because the board looks nice; however I do not feel that I should have to finish the manufacturing process.

Beautiful!
Beautiful! Make sure to purchase the food grade mineral oil to keep it looking beautiful. It is definitely worth the money.
