After using this hot brush for a while now I can confidently say that I love this brush. It is durable, heats up quickly, slides effortlessly through my hair and can be used multiple ways for straightening or giving a little bit of curl to the ends by twisting the brush on your ends. It took me a few times to get coordinated with it however it is very easy to use. It's not heavy at all so my arms don't get tired using it. It doesn't take long at all to straightening my hair. I have also found that I can get very close to the scalp with no heat lines. Even though it heats up to only one temperature it seems to be perfect for my hair so there is no damage that occurs. I also love the color. In my opinion it was worth the price and it has exceeded my expectations.

I've been curious about hot brushes for years, but never bought one because I read too many horror stories about tangled, burned hair and saw too many complaints that they were ineffective. I decided to take a risk on the ghd brush because it was on sale for Prime Day, and because I love my ghd flat iron.This brush is a life-changer. I have thick, fine, curly hair that goes frizzy with almost no effort. I used to have to choose between spending an hour with hot tools trying to get my hair smooth and shiny versus looking like a frizzy mess but not spending hours on my hair. Now, I can let my hair air-dry and then go over it with this hot brush, and it gets to perfectly presentable in ten minutes. You won't mistake the results for a perfect blow-out (particularly, for me, my ends never get fully smooth unless I'm pressing them between two hot pieces of metal), but it's my weekday go-to, and I don't turn to my flat iron unless I have an event.A couple of notes: (a) if your hair isn't already detangled, it will get snagged. I brush thoroughly before using it; (b) I would be a little freaked out about using it on completely wet hair, and would recommend getting your hair 90% dry before using it; and (c) yes, it's heavy, but it feels sturdy and my ghd flat iron has lasted for, like, seven years, so I'll take some weight in exchange for quality.

I like it so much, easy to Use and it saved my time. It's useful and practical. I only gave it 4 stars because it is not easy to do the roots with it (it stay wavey a littile bit). Also it doesnt have different set forthe heat.

It took me a couple of tries to really master this but I much prefer it to a flat iron. It is pricey but I really like it. It has "bristles" that heat (and some that don't) so that you don't have to press your hair flat to apply heat and shaping. My hair comes out smooth but not flat. It has movement and body. And it's faster because you don't have to segment your hair into such tiny sections. I can restore my look very quickly.

I have been using this hot brush for several months. I have very long, thick, frizzy/wavy hair and also have a GHD flat iron. I have been disappointed with this item. The design is poor: the handle is heavy and hard to grip, and the on/off button is right where you need to put your fingers to maintain grip. This annoys me every time I use it. It noticeably tames hair, though, but it takes longer than a flat iron and does not do as good of a job. You must brush each section of hair with a regular brush before you run the hot brush through it; otherwise, your hair will get caught and overheat.

I have fine hair and have stayed away from typical hair straighteners. This brush works amazing, beautiful and lasting results and it’s not damaging my hair.

Pretty simple, I received this brush, opened it up and there was a hair in the brush and the ties were not tied around the cables. Clearly this was opened by someone else. I don't buy refurbs so this kinda sucked.
