THE LOST WORLD

Great book.

One of the most amazing stories. I read it when I was very young... Wanted to give it another shot. Trust me, it is as fascinating as it was some 30 years back...I can't give a 5star to this publication because the earlier edition I read long back had some maps and images which made the reading even more interesting. Don't know why, this book does not have the maps of Maple white land or the Amazon or the caves.

Good novels best book 📚

A tale of ridiculous proportions. You would have kept the book aside if had been written by some lesser writer.Wonderfully engaging, larger than life yet full of surprises, too many twists and turns yet the pace was just right.Speaking of characters, every major character was distinct from other, my only grouse is the locals have been dealt a raw deal. Pretty much stereotyped and plain a bit boolean. Though it would have been fine for the times, the language used and less of character in some side actors doesn't make sense in today times.However so engaging the read was - am prepared to excuse this and give it a full grade.

1 . The binding of the product is good.2 . There is no page blank. The printing is clear .

Enjoyed reading this book and got immersed in the adventure. Have always associated Conan Doyle with the creation of Sherlock Holmes, but this classic strengthens his scientific temperament and is great fun to read.My rating - 3.5/5

It's an amazing book

I am grateful that the old classics can be read here. This is one of the fun romps of fiction from an earlier age. Well worth reading and enjoying again.
