Love this paper. HOWEVER, Amazon shipping for this is terrible!! There is no firm backing to help keep this paper from crinkly or getting torn and Amazon sent it in a flimsy bag. It arrived all crinkly, and messed up. Both the seller and Amazon SERIOUSLY NEED TO DO BETTER AT PACKAGING!!!!!!

This stuff is beautiful on its own (it's almost translucent when you hold it to the light), but I ordered this paper to create a nice reverse side for more expensive origami paper by gluing the sheets together with wallpaper paste. Regular tissue paper basically disintegrated when I tried it, but this stuff bonded really well - especially to higher quality washi. It's thin enough that it doesn't impede folding as much as you'd think. I wouldn't recommend it for complex origami on its own, since its soft, almost fabric-like texture doesn't take sharp folds, but it is surprisingly tough.Be aware that, as a fibrous paper, it will shred and feather under x-acto knives if you aren't careful. The dye did also bleed somewhat when wet, but it was very, very minor and noted on a sheet that was a deep and vivid color (maroon).

I order this for a craft/creative book-making project and was looking for a sturdier paper. This was a bit delicate for what I wanted, but it was adaptable. I find I like the tamarind better than the onion skin inclusions; they are more subtle. Would like to be able to order a package that was all one color or another, or one in which the paper itself was colored, not just the inclusions. I am saving the bonus gift bag for something very special, just don't know what that is yet.

Sent in a bag so arrived bent. Unable to remove crease after pressing in book for a month. Good paper, though. Just needs to be shipped with thin cardboard or a cardboard mailer to keep it flat.

I am a self professed paper addict and these are incredibly beautiful papers to feed said addiction. I almost don’t want to use them, I just want to bask in the light of pink mulberry paper.

I use mulberry papers in decoupage because the colors are so rich when painted with glue or gel medium. But I usually have to get huge sheets at the art store. I have some colors that I bought years ago and have never gotten around to using fully. These sheets are letter size and perfect for smaller projects. The colors are really rich and come in a lot of different shades.

These papers are absolutely gorgeous, versatile and take my artwork to the next level. I am always on the lookout for papers for mixed media collage. This paper adds a special touch. I collage in my paintings and am slowly expanding my collection to j Clyde, all colors. They are beautiful and the creative ideas they inspire are endless. I will keep coming back for more!

The packaging of this is awful - the papers were very wrinkled up. This item needs a stiff piece of cardboard to keep the papers flat.
