Just awkwardly cut... If you're tall and thin, avoid it... ordered true to size after reading what the other reviews had said thinking i'd probably be fine.... the back opening is literally at the small of my back. Otherwise it was a decent fit, just pointless. Even if I somehow had the right proportions to line the opening up with my actual ass, the distance between the bottom of the opening and beginning of junk cup is a solid 7" of fabric and thats measured relaxed and folded...The average male perineum is apparently 2" (thank you google for assisting this rant, and thank you taint measurers, i had no idea that was a thing) OH and did i forget to mention, yea... its spandex, so just go ahead and factor in another 3-4" of unnecessary slinky stretchy pointlessness in there....Even if we ignore the stretch factor theres easily 6 inches of extra fabric that just doesn't need to exist. id say its perfect for short people with an abnormally elongated taintal-region or those who think their hamper needs a new bottom liner in festive camo so no-one sees your investment in stupid. BUT if it weren't for this idiotically cut piece of crap i would have never stumbled upon the interesting medical voodoo that is apparently tied to the length of one's taint... seriously guys... worth a google... at least its more entertaining than the damn singlet was.

XL fits a man who is 5'8" with 36"waist 40" chest, average to slightly above average in the pouch area, can be worn over a jockstrap too. The butt opening is a decent placement but you may miss out on a little bit of perineum exposure. Overall, hot. I also fit okay in it and I'm 5'6" with 46" waist and did not expect to fit in it at all.

Fits perfectly. I'm 5'8" 170 lbs 36" waist. Ordered the XL. Hope this helps when you select a size.

This singlet is very cute. My boyfriend looks great in it. He’s 5’10/ 135lbs. Normally he’s a small. Because of the reviews I ordered a medium. It fit perfectly.

it is a great items and fits exactly as thought it would but did buy the large even though in American sizes I am only a medium. Nice quality material and really looks good and covers those love handles often on the sides of many guys. Would buy again.

Material is pretty thin and cheap. I'd only recommend getting this if you don't care how long it lasts, even if turns out to just be a few hours.
